| Itens may be returned within 30 days from shipping date for store credit or exchange as long as they are unused and unopened with the following exceptions |
| No return or exchange on smocking pleaters - final sale - they are checked before leaving the store. |
| No return or exchange on patterns or software (unless defective - for replacement only) |
| No refund or exchange on fabric or any cut items. Smocking plates and books are final sale |

| If you wish to exchange for other merchandise, you must include shipping charges for the new merchandise. |
Store credit or exchage will be given on other items for 30 days less a 15% re-stocking fee as long as it is in new condition and un-used.
It must be accompanied by the original receipt or a photocopy of the origianl receipt. Packages must be un-opened. |
