The Classic Yoke for Dolls
by Pat Garretson

There is a smocked version, various neckline finishes
including round collar wit shadow work edged with lace,
a tucked square collar with beading, ribbon and edged in eyelet,
and a square lace collar finished with lace edge. 
The sleeves and skirt have lace insertions, beading,
ribbon and a lace edge. 
All views have sashes at the back waist to tie in a bow. 
The dresses button down the back.

Lots of different variations to choose from.

Lauren

Classic waist dress with lined bodice,
full gathered skirt and short puff sleeves.
Sleeves and neck are finished with bias and gathered eyelet edging.
Bodice has tiny shank buttons.
Pinafore may be worn as a sundress.
There are 2 bodice variations: shadow applique or smocked.
Both are lined and trimmed with insertions, edgings and ribbons.
Ribbon sashes may be made of fabric.
Waist sashes tie in a large bow in the back.
Heirloom instructions are for machine but may be done by hand.
