Groovin' Piping Trimming Tool Grande

Use with a rotary cutter and mat to trim a BIG piping's seam allowance for handbags, pillows and home dec.  This is the same as the original ruler except it has wider, deeper grooves.  It accommodates cording up to 3/16" in diameter.  Trims seam allowance to 1/4' or 1/2".  Designed for right or left-handed use.  Complete instructions for making perfect piping and using the tool are included.
