PUL is short for Polyurethane Laminate
PUL moisture proof film is available only in plain colors.
First designed for hospital use, it can be washed in hot water.
Instructions say that it will not melt when touched with a hot iron.
Use medium high heat.--I like to test on a scrap first.
I usually use a press cloth just in case!
To close pin and needle holes, just use the heat of the iron.
This very soft fabric has the laminate on the outside but it can be used with either side on the outside
depending upon the way that you want to use it--so versatile.
If used with the PUL on the outside, it can be whipped clean rather than always needing to be washed.
This fabric is thinner than the Babyville fabrics and has many other uses besides diaper items
--wherever moisture-proof fabric would be desirable e.g. a lining
55% PUL--waterproof film, 45% Polyester Knit--fabric part
55" wide
Use for diaper covers, lining of swim bags, change pads, lining of lunch bags, lining for bibs and more.
I love the feel of this product.
It is very easy to sew and look after.
Available in the gorgeous colors shown below.
