    Silk Taffeta

    Sewing with Silk Taffeta Tips

    • Line with a lightweight fusible interfacing before cutting to avoid fraying - available below.

    • Use sharp scissors and needles

    • Silk Taffeta is washable but will lose a bit of its stiffness.  Wash in cool water with a mild soap and air dry.

    • Avoid water 'spits' from the iron.

    • Direct sunlight can cause fading.
